complain

A few years ago I complain with my neighborhood because he had a party in his house and have the music to laaaaauuuuud and was 2:30am. I woke up, call him, and said"Dudee what's up?"and the i told him my problem. I said man would you mind turn the radio down? I can't sleep and i need wake up early, I told you before the party. he said man I'm sorry I forgot I left it down.....2 minutes later my room was in silence, I didn't heard no more noisy music.then I went to my bed and dream with goats
